The Leadership Academy is a Christian, non-denominational, year 2-year 12 school. Our academy is a peaceful yet stimulating, unconventional learning environment dedicated to transcending a student's learning and spiritual maturity to higher heights. We believe in a holistic approach to education. Just as an individual is made up of mind, body & spirit, a holistic approach to education respects that education should seek to develop each of these areas.
Furthermore, we journey beyond the traditional approach to teaching by implementing the Science of the Individual. Each individual is unique, so are their learning styles, therefore one’s academic experience should be tailored to compliment this truth.
Many learning institutions believe and teach that the core of success rests with academics alone. However, at The Leadership Academy we place emphasis on character and spiritual(moral) development. Hence, we rest in proven faith knowing that as these core areas strengthen, so will others, leading to life long success.
Our students are taught independence in every facet of their school day, as we strive to be more than Leadership Academy in name, but in character! Students are taught to set daily goals, which trains them to pace toward their life-long goals.
We, The Leadership Academy, work diligently to see to it that our students grow accustomed to attaining success and exhibiting growth and excellence in every aspect of their lives. Furthermore, we see to it that our students are driven with compassion and filled with the purpose to serve and to leave this world a better place than they found it.
More significantly, we also strive to direct our young people's paths to God to ensure that they receive the wisdom, knowledge and understanding, which was pre-ordained for each of them.
