About Me:
My name is Jolie A’kel Anderson and I am in my third year as reading specialist and speech coach at The Leadership Academy. Prior to working at TLA I taught in the conventional school system, I often found myself wishing I had more time to focus on the needs my individual students.
TLA has allowed me to fall in love with education again. I have been able to witness my students come out of their shells and grow confident in their academic when they once were not.
I enjoy yoga and running. I am also a bit of an introvert/extrovert.
