Our Service Guarantee

 We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at The Leadership Academy. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. This includes purchase of transcripts, books, supplies and t-shirts.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact The Leadership Academy to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.

It is important you contact The Leadership Academy as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 

Right to Refuse Service

The Leadership Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or any current or former affiliate with an outstanding tuition or fee balance of any kind.

 

Transcript 4 Day Pick Up Policy


We understand that due to your busy schedule you may not be able to pick up items such as transcripts from us on time.

However, in order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us if you will not be able to pick up a requested transcript, at least 4 days following its completion. Digital transcripts are emailed to the address specified, by the pre-arranged date. Please notify us, at least, 48 hours prior to the transcript deadline, if you will not be picking up a physical transcript on the deadline date.


Methods of payment

  1. You may pay at any Fidelity Bank. Tell them that you are making a deposit for school fees to: The Leadership Academy account.

  2. You may bring it to the school. Please call before coming and for directions, so that we are expecting you. (Phone: 242-676-5900). If you are unable to get through on this line, please feel free to contact us via email (publicrelations@wvleadership.com).

  3. You may also wire transfer:
